Welcome to TEA OF LIFE by GREEN TEA ES ASSOCIATION. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Tea of Life’s Website.

Tea of Life is located at: its Head Company, Green Tea Exchange School Association, Administrating Department, c/o Lervikstorpsvägen 20, 184 95 Ljusterö, Sweden.

By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use Tea of Life’s website if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

PAYS, GOODS & RETURNS

WHEN WILL THE PAYMENT BE DEDUCTED FROM THE CUSTOMER´ S BANK ACCOUNT

All payments online will be deducted from the customer´ s kredit-/debit card or bank account the next working day from the day the customer made the payment.

WHEN WILL THE CUSTOMER´ S ORDERED PRODUCT BE DELIVERED TO THE CUSTOMER´ S GIVEN DELIVERY ADDRESS.

Our delivery time at Tea-Of-Life is 2 – 10 days.

Tea-Of-Life claims a reservation of a few days delay in case and depending on the post services of each locations.

FREIGHT COSTS:

A freight cost of 5 USD will be added to your ordered products costs.

CUSTOMER´ S RIGHT OF COMPLAINS AND RETURNS

The customers have 30 days right to complain and return the products bought from Tea-Of-Life. The product must be sent back in the return envelope provided upon every delivery, and must have arrived in the shop, before they will be compensated.

All returns will be compensated with another product of the same amount as the returned product, or a gift card of the same amount as the returned product.
